All lessons are conducted via Zoom, which allows for a seamless, interactive learning experience. Once your lesson is booked, you’ll receive a Zoom link to join the session at the scheduled time.
What equipment do I need for the online lessons?
You’ll need a computer or tablet with a stable internet connection, a webcam, and a microphone (most built-in ones work fine). We also recommend using headphones for better audio quality.
Can I reschedule or cancel a lesson after booking?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel a lesson as long as it’s done within our cancellation policy timeframe, typically 24 hours before the scheduled time.
